Got to read the proposal they have...mainly they are looking for numbers from businesses but as a hobbyist you need to send a paper letter directly to the place...it is the only way it is going to be seen...one letter from every hobbyist and reptile business will make a larger impact then 6 sheets of peoples names on it if it even makes it there....
