Positive - Bean Farm
I could not be happier with the service I've had from Bean Farm. I recently "blew up" a thermostat I ordered from them due to my own stupidity with wiring it. Not only did they get me in touch with the manufacturer but when I decided to go ahead and order another thermostat to get me by and some replacement heat tape, they went out of their way to get it shipped that day even though it was in the afternoon already. It arrived in two days and my rack was back in business. I'll definitely be doing business with them again.
